KIEV, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Ukraine has not met any conditions set by the International Monetary Fund and is therefore unlikely to receive another tranche by the end of the year, President Viktor Yushchenko's chief economic aide said on Tuesday.
The IMF said on Saturday a lack of unity amongst the political elite ahead of a presidential election in January was impacting on Ukraine but that otherwise it was pleased with the central bank and government actions.
"I think the IMF will not give as anymore (until the end of the year). We are not fulfilling our obligations -- practically none of them -- and that is why it will not give us any credit," Oleksander Shlapak told journalists. (Reporting by Yuir Kulikov; Editing by Ron Askew)
