Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Real Estate, Communication and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 0.67%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG), which rose 3.39% or 1,220.00 points to trade at 37,200.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Nova (TASE:NVMI) added 2.23% or 1,930.00 points to end at 88,300.00 and OPC Energy Ltd (TASE:OPCE) was up 1.37% or 36.00 points to 2,670.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE), which fell 3.30% or 2,120.00 points to trade at 62,170.00 at the close. Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:ASHG) declined 3.15% or 146.00 points to end at 4,494.00 and ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) was down 2.31% or 39.00 points to 1,649.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 329 to 123 and 87 ended unchanged.
Shares in Nova (TASE:NVMI) rose to all time highs; up 2.23% or 1,930.00 to 88,300.00.
Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.17% or 0.13 to $78.05 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.10% or 0.08 to hit $82.67 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 1.31% or 30.40 to trade at $2,348.40 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.17% to 3.72, while EUR/ILS fell 0.14% to 3.98.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.04% at 105.17.
