Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Biomed, Technology and Insurance sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 0.58%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Perrigo (TA:PRGO), which rose 5.97% or 1040 points to trade at 18450 at the close. Meanwhile, Ormat Technologies (TA:ORA) added 2.41% or 520 points to end at 22080 and Poalim (TA:POLI) was up 1.53% or 41 points to 2725 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were OPKO Health Inc (TA:OPK), which fell 13.82% or 121 points to trade at 756 at the close. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TA:TEVA) declined 10.70% or 559 points to end at 4666 and Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TA:TSEM) was down 2.58% or 170 points to 6410.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 210 to 151 and 59 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.05% or 0.03 to $61.73 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.58% or 0.41 to hit $70.80 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.12% or 1.50 to trade at $1286.70 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.24% to 3.5605, while EUR/ILS fell 0.05% to 4.0002.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.05% at 97.115.
