Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Technology, Biomed and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 0.49%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Shufersal (TA:SAE), which rose 2.21% or 47 points to trade at 2176 at the close. Meanwhile, Delek Group (TA:DLEKG) added 2.05% or 1100 points to end at 54800 and Delek Drilling LP (TA:DEDRp) was up 2.03% or 20 points to 1016 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Perrigo (TA:PRGO), which fell 3.90% or 1100 points to trade at 27120 at the close. Sodastream International Ltd (TA:SODA) declined 3.00% or 980.0 points to end at 31650.0 and Frutarom Industries Ltd (TA:FRUT) was down 2.61% or 900 points to 33600.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 224 to 169 and 25 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.79% or 0.54 to $67.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.79% or 0.58 to hit $72.78 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.64% or 8.30 to trade at $1313.90 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.00% to 3.6235, while EUR/ILS rose 0.05% to 4.3323.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.12% at 92.48.
