Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Real Estate, Insurance and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 lost 0.17%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE), which rose 2.92% or 1,880.00 points to trade at 66,170.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG) added 2.00% or 89.00 points to end at 4,538.00 and Kenon Holdings Ltd (TASE:KEN) was up 1.16% or 96.00 points to 8,343.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd (TASE:ALHE), which fell 3.83% or 89.00 points to trade at 2,232.00 at the close. Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:SPEN) declined 3.11% or 74.00 points to end at 2,305.00 and Mivne Real Estate KD Ltd (TASE:MVNE) was down 2.53% or 22.00 points to 850.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 296 to 152 and 96 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.42% or 0.36 to $84.90 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.32% or 0.29 to hit $89.36 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.17% or 3.25 to trade at $1,937.55 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.03% to 4.02, while EUR/ILS rose 0.33% to 4.26.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.20% at 105.82.
