Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Real Estate, Insurance and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 1.31%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:ASHG), which rose 4.01% or 206.00 points to trade at 5,345.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) added 3.13% or 28.00 points to end at 921.50 and Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:SPEN) was up 2.84% or 61.00 points to 2,211.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TASE:ENLT), which fell 1.07% or 65.00 points to trade at 6,015.00 at the close. Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG) declined 0.21% or 90.00 points to end at 43,000.00 and Energix (TASE:ENRG) was down 0.15% or 2.00 points to 1,324.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 315 to 125 and 99 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 1.53% or 1.20 to $77.20 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 1.30% or 1.07 to hit $81.33 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.39% or 9.40 to trade at $2,404.10 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.12% to 3.63, while EUR/ILS fell 0.54% to 3.93.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.21% at 104.25.
