Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Communication, Financials and Real Estate sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 0.33%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM), which rose 3.43% or 264 points to trade at 7966 at the close. Meanwhile, Delek Drilling LP (TASE:DEDRp) added 2.78% or 24 points to end at 890 and Liveperson (TASE:LPSN) was up 2.72% or 330 points to 12480 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Israel Corp (TASE:ILCO), which fell 3.03% or 2170 points to trade at 69500 at the close. ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) declined 1.94% or 32 points to end at 1620 and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA) was down 1.76% or 60 points to 3350.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 225 to 151 and 35 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.12% or 0.07 to $57.05 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.11% or 0.07 to hit $62.44 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.64% or 9.35 to trade at $1472.65 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.17% to 3.4842, while EUR/ILS fell 0.07% to 3.8387.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.18% at 98.050.
