Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Real Estate, Technology and Communication sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 0.32%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN), which rose 2.66% or 39.00 points to trade at 1,507.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:SPEN) added 2.48% or 76.00 points to end at 3,136.00 and Electra Ltd (TASE:ELTR) was up 2.22% or 4,560.00 points to 210,090.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG), which fell 1.38% or 77.00 points to trade at 5,483.00 at the close. Israel Corp (TASE:ILCO) declined 1.34% or 2,350.00 points to end at 172,700.00 and ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) was down 1.27% or 45.00 points to 3,495.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 276 to 156 and 27 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 2.25% or 2.18 to $94.83 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 2.20% or 2.26 to hit $100.67 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.28% or 4.85 to trade at $1,744.85 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.28% to 3.31, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.06% to 3.32.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.29% at 108.47.
