Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Real Estate, Communication and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 0.24%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd (TASE:ALHE), which rose 2.16% or 108 points to trade at 5108 at the close. Meanwhile, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA) added 2.14% or 54 points to end at 2580 and Perrigo (TASE:PRGO) was up 1.73% or 290 points to 17010 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were OPKO Health Inc (TASE:OPK), which fell 3.04% or 22 points to trade at 695 at the close. Israel Corp (TASE:ILCO) declined 1.68% or 1220 points to end at 71420 and ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) was down 1.50% or 25 points to 1647.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 203 to 173 and 41 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.63% or 0.35 to $55.33 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.65% or 0.39 to hit $59.91 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.50% or 7.65 to trade at $1508.05 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.10% to 3.5184, while EUR/ILS fell 0.10% to 3.8992.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.09% at 98.090.
