Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Technology, Biomed and Communication sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.06%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Perrigo (TASE:PRGO), which rose 2.73% or 550 points to trade at 20720 at the close. Meanwhile, Liveperson (TASE:LPSN) added 2.11% or 300 points to end at 14520 and Nice Ltd (TASE:NICE) was up 1.80% or 1080 points to 61150 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:AMOT), which fell 1.93% or 51 points to trade at 2586 at the close. Phoenix Holdings Ltd (TASE:PHOE1) declined 1.83% or 37 points to end at 1988 and Shufersal (TASE:SAE) was down 1.72% or 38 points to 2176.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 231 to 142 and 42 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.15% or 0.09 to $58.49 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.78% or 0.51 to hit $64.69 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.18% or 2.85 to trade at $1557.45 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.01% to 3.4556, while EUR/ILS fell 0.00% to 3.8331.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 97.335.
