Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Insurance, Financials and Real Estate sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 rose 0.04%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Sodastream International Ltd (TA:SODA), which rose 3.83% or 830.0 points to trade at 22480.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Partner (TA:PTNR) added 2.96% or 54 points to end at 1880 and Israel Corp (TA:ILCO) was up 2.92% or 1900 points to 67000 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TA:BEZQ), which fell 1.77% or 9.5 points to trade at 528.5 at the close. Perrigo (TA:PRGO) declined 1.41% or 420 points to end at 29430 and Strauss Group (TA:STRS) was down 1.34% or 94 points to 6925.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 215 to 194 and 14 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.02% or 0.01 to $52.19 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.10% or 0.06 to hit $58.38 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.42% or 5.39 to trade at $1273.61 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.32% to 3.5217, while EUR/ILS fell 0.66% to 4.1204.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.80% at 94.28.
