HONG KONG, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Hong Kong stocks were set to open flat on Tuesday following Wall Street's lacklustre finish, with Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd <0293.HK> higher after releasing an upbeat earnings outlook.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index <.HSI> was set to open down 0.07 percent at 24,009.84. The China Enterprises Index <.HSCE> of top locally listed mainland companies was indicated to open 0.06 percent lower.
Cathay Pacific rose 4.3 percent. Hong Kong's flagship carrier said net profit for 2010 would be at least HK$12.5 billion ($1.6 billion) as business rebounds following the global downturn. [ID:nHKV002574]
