HONG KONG, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Hong Kong stocks closed lower on Friday, declining for a second consecutive week as CNOOC Ltd <0883.HK> led energy plays lower and property issues slipped on worries over market curbs in China.
The Hang Seng Index <.HSI>ended down 0.68 percent at 23,617.02, down 1.1 percent on the week. The China Enterprises Index <.HSCE> fell 0.66 percent.
