HONG KONG, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Hong Kong stocks were set to open flat on Friday, tracking Chinese stocks, while Air China Ltd <0753.HK> edged up on its plan to buy more aircraft.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index <.HSI> was set to open down 0.05 percent at 23,625.31. The China Enterprises Index <.HSCE> of top locally listed mainland companies was indicated to open 0.22 percent higher.
Air China added 0.6 percent. The country's flagship carrier
said on Thrsday that it planned to purchase 20 Airbus
China Unicom (Hong Kong) Ltd <0762.HK> fell 0.9 percent. China's No.2 mobile operator said it would launch an own-brand smartphone series by the end of this year. [ID:nTOE6AH031]
