Investing.com – Greece stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Healthcare, Financials and Construction sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Athens, the Athens General Composite lost 0.45%.
The best performers of the session on the Athens General Composite were Flexopack SA (AT:FLXr), which rose 9.68% or 0.6000 points to trade at 6.8000 at the close. Meanwhile, Selonda Aquaculture SA (AT:SELr) added 9.00% or 0.0190 points to end at 0.2270 and Intracom Hold (AT:INRr) was up 4.60% or 0.040 points to 0.910 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Revoil Petrol (AT:REVr), which fell 7.20% or 0.045 points to trade at 0.580 at the close. J. & P. Avax (AT:AVAr) declined 3.36% or 0.031 points to end at 0.891 and Iaso (AT:IASr) was down 3.10% or 0.040 points to 1.250.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Athens Stock Exchange by 60 to 57 and 12 ended unchanged.
Shares in Flexopack SA (AT:FLXr) rose to 3-years highs; up 9.68% or 0.6000 to 6.8000.
Gold Futures for April delivery was up 0.06% or 0.80 to $1332.00 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in April fell 0.49% or 0.30 to hit $61.49 a barrel, while the April Brent oil contract fell 0.21% or 0.14 to trade at $65.11 a barrel.
EUR/USD was down 0.16% to 1.2317, while EUR/GBP rose 0.03% to 0.8819.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.17% at 89.79.
