Investing.com -- London-listed shares in Flutter Entertainment (NYSE:FLUT) dipped on Friday after the gambling firm announced that the departure of group finance chief Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson.
Rob Coldrake, who is currently Chief Financial Officer of Flutter International, will be replacing Edgecliffe-Johnson with immediate effect.
In a separate announcement, Flutter said that it had completed a planned shift of its primary listing to the New York Stock Exchange.
Due to the need for "extensive executive management time" in the U.S. following this transition, Flutter's board had engaged with Edgecliffe-Johnson about meeting that requirement "in light of his family commitments in the U.K.", the company noted. However, after speaking with Edgecliffe-Johnson, the board concluded that it is in Flutter's best interest for him to step down from the role.
