Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Healthcare, Consumer Services and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 fell 1.38%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Nordea Bank AB FDR (HE:NDA1V), which fell 0.65% or 0.060 points to trade at 9.185 at the close. Meanwhile, Nokian Renkaat Oyj (HE:NRE1V) fell 0.68% or 0.24 points to end at 35.24 and Fortum Oyj (HE:FORTUM) was down 0.69% or 0.15 points to 21.53 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Kesko Oyj (HE:KESKOB), which fell 3.97% or 2.00 points to trade at 48.38 at the close. Orion Oyj B (HE:ORNBV) declined 3.31% or 1.05 points to end at 30.64 and Outotec Oyj (HE:OTE1V) was down 3.13% or 0.200 points to 6.200.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 114 to 32 and 15 ended unchanged.
Shares in Outotec Oyj (HE:OTE1V) fell to 52-week lows; falling 3.13% or 0.200 to 6.200.
Brent oil for November delivery was up 0.12% or 0.09 to $78.24 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in October rose 0.20% or 0.14 to hit $69.94 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.72% or 8.70 to trade at $1198.00 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was down 0.40% to 1.1574, while EUR/GBP fell 0.06% to 0.9020.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.38% at 95.43.
