Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Technology and Telecoms sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 fell 1.02%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Outokumpu Oyj (HE:OUT1V), which rose 2.21% or 0.0830 points to trade at 3.8380 at the close. Meanwhile, YIT Oyj (HE:YIT) added 0.85% or 0.04 points to end at 5.37 and Huhtamaki Oyj (HE:HUH1V) was up 0.51% or 0.13 points to 25.71 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Konecranes ABP (HE:KCRA), which fell 2.77% or 0.83 points to trade at 29.17 at the close. Neste Oil Oyj (HE:NESTE) declined 2.47% or 1.78 points to end at 70.18 and DNA Oyj (HE:DNAO) was down 2.44% or 0.4500 points to 17.9600.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 97 to 57 and 13 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for January delivery was down 0.61% or 0.41 to $66.35 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in January rose 0.35% or 0.20 to hit $56.66 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.16% or 1.90 to trade at $1222.70 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was up 0.26% to 1.1444, while EUR/GBP rose 0.10% to 0.8910.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.21% at 96.13.
