Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Technology, Industrials and Consumer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 fell 0.65% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Stora Enso Oyj R (HE:STERV), which rose 0.98% or 0.110 points to trade at 11.350 at the close. Meanwhile, Orion Oyj B (HE:ORNBV) added 0.10% or 0.04 points to end at 41.63 and UPM-Kymmene Oyj (HE:UPM) was down 0.04% or 0.01 points to 22.52 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Outotec Oyj (HE:OTE1V), which fell 2.63% or 0.150 points to trade at 5.550 at the close. Konecranes ABP (HE:KCRA) declined 1.91% or 0.73 points to end at 37.46 and Nokia Oyj (HE:NOKIA) was down 1.49% or 0.080 points to 5.280.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 112 to 28 and 13 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for October delivery was down 0.23% or 0.12 to $51.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in September fell 0.23% or 0.11 to hit $48.48 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.20% or 2.53 to trade at $1292.63 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was up 0.34% to 1.1812, while EUR/GBP rose 0.12% to 0.9083.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.29% at 93.03.
