Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Financials, Telecoms and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 lost 0.21%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Qt Group Oyj (HE:QTCOM), which rose 1.36% or 1.25 points to trade at 93.20 at the close. Meanwhile, Outokumpu Oyj (HE:OUT1V) added 1.22% or 0.04 points to end at 3.64 and Neste Oyj (HE:NESTE) was up 1.05% or 0.18 points to 17.38 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Valmet Oyj (HE:VALMT), which fell 3.10% or 0.92 points to trade at 28.76 at the close. Huhtamaki Oyj (HE:HUH1V) declined 2.24% or 0.80 points to end at 34.90 and Kojamo (HE:KOJAMO) was down 1.91% or 0.20 points to 10.29.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 84 to 76 and 30 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for December delivery was up 1.19% or 0.85 to $72.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in November rose 1.20% or 0.82 to hit $69.00 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.46% or 12.35 to trade at $2,655.75 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.17% to 1.11, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.33% to 0.83.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.25% at 100.36.
