Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Industrials, Consumer Goods and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 lost 0.08%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Outokumpu Oyj (HE:OUT1V), which rose 2.15% or 0.1850 points to trade at 8.7900 at the close. Meanwhile, Kesko Oyj (HE:KESKOB) added 1.68% or 0.75 points to end at 45.37 and Cargotec Oyj (HE:CGCBV) was up 1.05% or 0.55 points to 53.15 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were KONE Oyj (HE:KNEBV), which fell 2.46% or 1.13 points to trade at 44.80 at the close. Amer Sports Corporation (HE:AMEAS) declined 1.71% or 0.39 points to end at 22.44 and Outotec Oyj (HE:OTE1V) was down 1.03% or 0.070 points to 6.695.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 73 to 56 and 23 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for December delivery was down 0.75% or 0.43 to $56.73 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in November fell 0.08% or 0.04 to hit $51.52 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.13% or 1.73 to trade at $1286.97 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was up 0.16% to 1.1806, while EUR/GBP rose 0.54% to 0.8816.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.06% at 93.01.
