Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Healthcare, Industrials and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 declined 0.03%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Outotec Oyj (HE:OTE1V), which rose 1.71% or 0.115 points to trade at 6.845 at the close. Meanwhile, Kesko Oyj (HE:KESKOB) added 1.63% or 0.74 points to end at 46.23 and Neste Oil Oyj (HE:NESTE) was up 0.85% or 0.34 points to 40.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Telia Company AB (HE:TELIA1), which fell 0.98% or 0.040 points to trade at 4.040 at the close. KONE Oyj (HE:KNEBV) declined 0.89% or 0.41 points to end at 45.42 and Konecranes ABP (HE:KCRA) was down 0.79% or 0.32 points to 40.14.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 88 to 48 and 20 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for December delivery was down 1.58% or 0.92 to $57.23 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in November fell 1.25% or 0.65 to hit $51.39 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.52% or 6.62 to trade at $1289.62 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was up 0.45% to 1.1840, while EUR/GBP rose 0.73% to 0.8991.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.28% at 93.04.
