Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Healthcare, Industrials and Consumer Goods sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 fell 0.02% to hit a new 52-week low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Metsa Board Oyj B (HE:METSB), which rose 1.66% or 0.07 points to trade at 4.17 at the close. Meanwhile, Mandatum Oyj (HE:MANTA) added 1.18% or 0.05 points to end at 4.37 and TietoEVRY Corp (HE:TIETO) was up 0.78% or 0.13 points to 16.76 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Kemira Oyj (HE:KEMIRA), which fell 2.00% or 0.39 points to trade at 19.11 at the close. KONE Oyj (HE:KNEBV) declined 0.87% or 0.41 points to end at 46.74 and Orion Oyj B (HE:ORNBV) was down 0.79% or 0.34 points to 42.44.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 92 to 76 and 22 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for March delivery was down 1.12% or 0.81 to $71.75 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in February fell 1.14% or 0.79 to hit $68.67 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.49% or 12.99 to trade at $2,632.11 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.20% to 1.04, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.15% to 0.83.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.46% at 107.84.
