Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Chemicals, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 3.25%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE), which rose 4.41% or 3.6 points to trade at 84.7 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) added 3.05% or 9.6 points to end at 324.6 and ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) was up 0.92% or 1.10 points to 120.55 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which fell 5.64% or 12.1 points to trade at 202.4 at the close. Genmab (CSE:GMAB) declined 5.57% or 117.0 points to end at 1984.0 and Simcorp A/S (CSE:SIM) was down 5.13% or 38.0 points to 703.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 73 to 65 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 2.79% or 0.96 to $33.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 2.52% or 0.91 to hit $35.26 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.04% or 0.65 to trade at $1706.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.02% to 6.7919, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4561.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.25% at 99.150.
