Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Healthcare, Chemicals and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 3.16%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CSE:GN), which rose 2.68% or 3.05 points to trade at 116.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) added 0.85% or 7.40 points to end at 877.40 and Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:RBREW) was up 0.23% or 1.20 points to 514.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CSE:GMAB), which fell 4.43% or 92.00 points to trade at 1,986.00 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb) declined 4.01% or 28.60 points to end at 684.20 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb) was down 3.09% or 22.60 points to 708.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 104 to 42 and 10 ended unchanged.
Shares in Genmab (CSE:GMAB) fell to 52-week lows; losing 4.43% or 92.00 to 1,986.00. Shares in Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb) fell to 3-years lows; down 3.09% or 22.60 to 708.00.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.24% or 0.21 to $87.48 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.09% or 0.08 to hit $91.42 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.07% or 1.40 to trade at $1,969.70 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.31% to 7.06, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.04% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.24% at 106.10.
