Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Real Estate, Healthcare and Chemicals sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 2.00%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CSE:GMAB), which rose 0.56% or 11.00 points to trade at 1,965.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) added 0.13% or 1.20 points to end at 939.80 and Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) was up 0.07% or 0.10 points to 146.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CSE:GN), which fell 3.57% or 5.55 points to trade at 149.90 at the close. DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) declined 3.39% or 37.00 points to end at 1,054.00 and Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) was down 3.24% or 3.95 points to 117.80.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 83 to 66 and 16 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.25% or 0.20 to $78.94 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.04% or 0.03 to hit $82.83 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.40% or 8.55 to trade at $2,134.85 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.07% to 6.86, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.13% at 103.65.
