Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 1.99%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb), which rose 2.85% or 55.50 points to trade at 2,002.00 at the close. Meanwhile, DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) added 2.04% or 22.50 points to end at 1,128.00 and Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) was up 1.55% or 9.60 points to 628.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb), which fell 3.87% or 32.00 points to trade at 794.00 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) declined 3.80% or 8.00 points to end at 202.40 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was down 2.51% or 7.20 points to 280.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 86 to 68 and 15 ended unchanged.
Shares in GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) fell to 52-week lows; falling 2.51% or 7.20 to 280.00.
Crude oil for May delivery was up 6.88% or 6.49 to $100.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 6.74% or 6.64 to hit $105.12 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 1.27% or 24.70 to trade at $1,972.90 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.26% to 6.85, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.44.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.16% at 100.08.
