Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Real Estate, Technology and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 1.92%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE), which rose 3.01% or 3.8 points to trade at 131.8 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) added 0.35% or 2.4 points to end at 686.8 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb) was down 1.29% or 8.6 points to 657.3 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which fell 6.39% or 8.4 points to trade at 123.0 at the close. Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) declined 5.69% or 15.9 points to end at 263.3 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was down 4.27% or 16.2 points to 363.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 110 to 45 and 16 ended unchanged.
Shares in Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 3.01% or 3.8 to 131.8. Shares in Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) fell to 52-week lows; losing 6.39% or 8.4 to 123.0.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 2.87% or 2.62 to $88.70 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 2.78% or 2.58 to hit $90.11 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.27% or 4.85 to trade at $1826.65 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.27% to 6.5223, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4426.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.27% at 95.650.
