Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Healthcare, Real Estate and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 1.71%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE), which rose 2.42% or 4.3 points to trade at 181.8 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) added 0.75% or 2.9 points to end at 388.2 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) was up 0.31% or 1.0 points to 328.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CO:AMBUb), which fell 11.27% or 27.6 points to trade at 217.4 at the close. William Demant Holding AS (CO:WDH) declined 4.13% or 11.0 points to end at 255.2 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CO:NOVOb) was down 2.54% or 8.0 points to 306.5.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 71 to 49 and 19 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 1.16% or 0.81 to $69.06 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.90% or 0.70 to hit $77.47 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.27% or 3.20 to trade at $1202.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.33% to 6.4153, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4558.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.26% at 95.12.
