Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Chemicals, Healthcare and Consumer Goods sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 1.52% to hit a new 52-week low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb), which rose 1.38% or 4.1 points to trade at 301.3 at the close. Meanwhile, Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH) added 1.00% or 6.6 points to end at 665.2 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) was up 0.94% or 2.7 points to 288.6 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which fell 26.63% or 108.9 points to trade at 300.0 at the close. William Demant Holding AS (CO:WDH) declined 3.66% or 7.6 points to end at 200.0 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was down 3.58% or 29.4 points to 792.4.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 75 to 48 and 13 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.64% or 0.43 to $67.25 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.47% or 0.36 to hit $76.53 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.37% or 4.50 to trade at $1232.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.18% to 6.5608, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.4610.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.24% at 96.41.
