Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Healthcare, Oil & Gas and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 1.37% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV), which rose 1.29% or 17.50 points to trade at 1,375.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:RBREW) added 1.14% or 6.80 points to end at 602.00 and Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) was up 1.02% or 6.00 points to 591.80 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which fell 8.55% or 9.35 points to trade at 100.00 at the close. Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) declined 2.75% or 7.70 points to end at 272.80 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb) was down 2.18% or 18.40 points to 826.40.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 89 to 53 and 17 ended unchanged.
Shares in DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) rose to 52-week highs; rising 1.29% or 17.50 to 1,375.50.
Crude oil for August delivery was down 1.17% or 0.81 to $68.56 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 1.08% or 0.80 to hit $73.55 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.54% or 10.40 to trade at $1,923.40 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.46% to 6.80, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.17% at 102.16.
