Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Financials and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 1.34% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb), which rose 10.47% or 240.00 points to trade at 2,532.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Genmab (CSE:GMAB) added 5.91% or 115.00 points to end at 2,061.00 and Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NSISb) was up 5.88% or 22.90 points to 412.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE), which fell 4.61% or 9.35 points to trade at 193.70 at the close. GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) declined 4.12% or 8.60 points to end at 200.00 and Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) was down 2.61% or 30.00 points to 1,119.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 82 to 56 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb) rose to 52-week highs; rising 10.47% or 240.00 to 2,532.00.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.44% or 0.35 to $78.60 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.32% or 0.27 to hit $83.40 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.39% or 8.95 to trade at $2,300.65 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.40% to 6.92, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.28% at 104.88.
