Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 1.34%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which rose 1.60% or 9.8 points to trade at 621.2 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) added 0.63% or 3.4 points to end at 546.8 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) was up 0.35% or 4.0 points to 1133.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which fell 3.22% or 3.55 points to trade at 106.60 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) declined 2.76% or 350 points to end at 12340 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) was down 2.70% or 36.0 points to 1299.5.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 94 to 38 and 19 ended unchanged.
Shares in DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) rose to all time highs; gaining 0.35% or 4.0 to 1133.0.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.96% or 0.59 to $60.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.73% or 0.47 to hit $63.87 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.08% or 1.40 to trade at $1774.20 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.27% to 6.1600, while EUR/DKK rose 0.04% to 7.4364.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.24% at 90.727.
