Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Financials, Technology and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 1.22% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were ISS A/S (CO:ISS), which rose 1.51% or 3.50 points to trade at 235.30 at the close. Meanwhile, FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) added 0.88% or 3.0 points to end at 342.0 and Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) was up 0.48% or 3.5 points to 735.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK), which fell 3.18% or 10.7 points to trade at 325.4 at the close. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 2.59% or 31.0 points to end at 1164.0 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) was down 2.37% or 5.5 points to 226.8.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 92 to 25 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.64% or 0.37 to $57.84 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.99% or 0.62 to hit $63.07 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.92% or 11.80 to trade at $1265.90 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.43% to 6.2992, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4417.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.33% at 93.36.
