Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Consumer Goods and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 1.08%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which rose 0.98% or 0.35 points to trade at 36.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) added 0.60% or 0.50 points to end at 83.35 and Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG) was up 0.51% or 1.80 points to 354.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which fell 6.22% or 40.0 points to trade at 603.5 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) declined 3.57% or 13.4 points to end at 361.6 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was down 2.58% or 37.0 points to 1398.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 73 to 43 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG) rose to all time highs; up 0.51% or 1.80 to 354.60.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.54% or 0.28 to $51.94 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.10% or 0.64 to hit $57.79 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.94% or 12.38 to trade at $1299.12 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.72% to 6.3245, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4405.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.65% at 93.04.
