Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Technology and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 1.04%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV), which rose 0.33% or 3.2 points to trade at 985.6 at the close. Meanwhile, ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) added 0.20% or 0.20 points to end at 101.80 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) was up 0.14% or 0.1 points to 110.3 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb), which fell 4.62% or 120 points to trade at 2476 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) declined 3.20% or 46.5 points to end at 1408.5 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) was down 3.29% or 450 points to 13210.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 84 to 45 and 16 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.13% or 0.07 to $52.70 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.07% or 0.04 to hit $55.72 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.11% or 2.05 to trade at $1853.15 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.27% to 6.1114, while EUR/DKK rose 0.03% to 7.4391.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.29% at 90.112.
