Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Consumer Services, Financials and Personal & Household Goods sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 1.03%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 0.35% or 1.5 points to trade at 434.8 at the close. Meanwhile, Genmab (CO:GEN) added 0.31% or 3.0 points to end at 956.2 and TDC A/S (CO:TDC) was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to 50.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE), which fell 2.40% or 5.1 points to trade at 207.1 at the close. Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) declined 2.25% or 1.42 points to end at 61.60 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) was down 1.72% or 8.4 points to 479.6.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 92 to 28 and 19 ended unchanged.
Shares in Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) rose to all time highs; up 0.35% or 1.5 to 434.8. Shares in Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) fell to 52-week lows; losing 2.40% or 5.1 to 207.1. Shares in Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) fell to 3-years lows; falling 1.72% or 8.4 to 479.6.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 2.47% or 1.68 to $66.20 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.48% or 0.36 to hit $74.96 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.09% or 1.20 to trade at $1302.50 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.55% to 6.4425, while EUR/DKK fell 0.08% to 7.4425.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.41% at 94.75.
