Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Financials, Personal & Household Goods and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.86%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CO:GEN), which rose 1.05% or 15.0 points to trade at 1440.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH) added 0.96% or 5.0 points to end at 527.0 and Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) was up 0.24% or 0.20 points to 82.55 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which fell 2.33% or 4.9 points to trade at 205.0 at the close. FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) declined 1.97% or 7.8 points to end at 387.5 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) was down 1.89% or 12.5 points to 648.5.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 94 to 34 and 12 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 1.29% or 0.60 to $45.97 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.18% or 0.09 to hit $51.33 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.31% or 4.05 to trade at $1319.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.33% to 6.1897, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4397.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.23% at 91.96.
