Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Chemicals, Industrials and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.85%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (COP:GN), which rose 3.70% or 5.4 points to trade at 151.5 at the close. Meanwhile, TDC A/S (COP:TDC) added 2.23% or 1.15 points to end at 52.65 and Nordea Bank AB (COP:NDA) was up 0.23% or 0.20 points to 86.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were A.P. Moller - Maersk B (COP:MAERSKb), which fell 3.73% or 470 points to trade at 12130 at the close. A.P. Moller - Maersk A (COP:MAERSKa) declined 3.43% or 420 points to end at 11820 and Genmab (COP:GEN) was down 2.33% or 14.5 points to 609.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 108 to 44 and 7 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.89% or 0.54 to $60.23 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.99% or 0.65 to hit $64.47 a barrel, while the August Gold contract fell 0.07% or 0.80 to trade at $1179.60 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.17% to 6.6150, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4605.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.14% at 94.83.
