Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Chemicals, Oil & Gas and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.85%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CSE:LUN), which rose 3.43% or 7.8 points to trade at 235.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) added 2.00% or 6.4 points to end at 327.0 and Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) was up 0.91% or 1.7 points to 188.4 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Oersted A/S (CSE:ORSTED), which fell 7.44% or 46.40 points to trade at 577.00 at the close. Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) declined 5.05% or 5.4 points to end at 101.5 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) was down 2.06% or 11.4 points to 541.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 68 to 50 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.16% or 0.09 to $55.72 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.26% or 0.16 to hit $61.41 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.35% or 5.25 to trade at $1490.55 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.07% to 6.7255, while EUR/DKK rose 0.03% to 7.4714.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 97.493.
