Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Real Estate, Healthcare and Oil & Gas sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.83%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb), which rose 5.08% or 585.00 points to trade at 12,100.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa) added 4.86% or 540.00 points to end at 11,640.00 and Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb) was up 2.54% or 70.00 points to 2,822.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CSE:GMAB), which fell 4.86% or 98.50 points to trade at 1,926.50 at the close. Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb) declined 1.77% or 15.20 points to end at 844.20 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) was down 1.60% or 17.00 points to 1,044.50.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 72 to 64 and 18 ended unchanged.
Shares in Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb) rose to 52-week highs; rising 2.54% or 70.00 to 2,822.00.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.62% or 0.48 to $77.35 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.49% or 0.40 to hit $81.76 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.06% or 1.30 to trade at $2,335.90 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.35% to 6.87, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.42% at 104.60.
