Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.82%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:JYSK), which rose 0.14% or 0.3 points to trade at 218.3 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) fell 0.30% or 3.0 points to end at 995.8 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb) was down 0.37% or 1.4 points to 359.1 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CSE:GN), which fell 2.41% or 6.9 points to trade at 279.0 at the close. Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:CHRH) declined 2.35% or 13.8 points to end at 573.2 and Lundbeck A/S (CSE:LUN) was down 2.35% or 5.6 points to 232.5.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 95 to 27 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 2.04% or 1.17 to $56.12 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 1.93% or 1.22 to hit $61.88 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.86% or 28.65 to trade at $1511.55 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.72% to 6.8228, while EUR/DKK rose 0.03% to 7.4661.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.75% at 98.657.
