Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Healthcare, Consumer Services and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.82%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CSE:GN), which rose 2.18% or 7.0 points to trade at 328.1 at the close. Meanwhile, William Demant Holding A/S (CSE:DEMANT) added 1.98% or 4.0 points to end at 206.2 and Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) was up 1.60% or 4.0 points to 254.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb), which fell 2.40% or 8.1 points to trade at 327.0 at the close. Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:JYSK) declined 1.18% or 2.7 points to end at 226.7 and Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) was down 1.08% or 1.1 points to 104.8.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 63 to 58 and 16 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for August delivery was up 0.43% or 0.26 to $60.69 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.06% or 0.04 to hit $66.97 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.09% or 1.25 to trade at $1411.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.10% to 6.6393, while EUR/DKK rose 0.07% to 7.4669.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.04% at 96.738.
