Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Technology and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.80%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which rose 17.83% or 6.68 points to trade at 44.15 at the close. Meanwhile, Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) added 3.00% or 8.7 points to end at 298.7 and FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) was up 2.21% or 8.2 points to 380.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were DSV (CO:DSV), which fell 3.97% or 19.0 points to trade at 459.0 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) declined 2.32% or 9.8 points to end at 412.5 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) was down 1.93% or 3.9 points to 198.2.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 81 to 34 and 22 ended unchanged.
Shares in TDC A/S (CO:TDC) rose to 52-week highs; rising 17.83% or 6.68 to 44.15.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 1.60% or 0.99 to $60.80 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 1.45% or 0.95 to hit $64.56 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.65% or 8.60 to trade at $1323.20 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.19% to 6.0807, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4428.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.08% at 90.23.
