Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Chemicals, Industrials and Oil & Gas sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.79%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH), which rose 2.30% or 15.6 points to trade at 693.6 at the close. Meanwhile, Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) added 1.08% or 4.50 points to end at 419.90 and Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) was up 0.62% or 4.6 points to 748.2 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE), which fell 3.32% or 4.5 points to trade at 131.2 at the close. FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) declined 3.15% or 11.4 points to end at 350.7 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) was down 2.80% or 238 points to 8250.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 81 to 38 and 12 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.76% or 0.52 to $69.17 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.90% or 0.71 to hit $80.00 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.01% or 0.10 to trade at $1230.00 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.52% to 6.4800, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4609.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.30% at 95.43.
