Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Industrials, Healthcare and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.73%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which rose 0.79% or 0.8 points to trade at 108.4 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) added 0.54% or 4.8 points to end at 899.6 and Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) was up 0.38% or 0.8 points to 211.2 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which fell 7.36% or 15.60 points to trade at 196.40 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) declined 2.36% or 170 points to end at 7030 and Genmab (CSE:GEN) was down 2.17% or 26.5 points to 1197.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 83 to 48 and 17 ended unchanged.
Shares in Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) rose to all time highs; gaining 0.54% or 4.8 to 899.6. Shares in AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) fell to 5-year lows; losing 2.36% or 170 to 7030. Shares in Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) rose to 5-year highs; rising 0.38% or 0.8 to 211.2.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.65% or 0.38 to $59.01 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 1.59% or 1.07 to hit $68.54 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.06% or 0.75 to trade at $1284.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.14% to 6.6734, while EUR/DKK rose 0.05% to 7.4692.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.15% at 97.623.
