Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Personal & Household Goods and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.67%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE:ZELA), which rose 5.23% or 40.00 points to trade at 805.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb) added 1.85% or 48.00 points to end at 2,640.00 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was up 1.54% or 2.10 points to 138.80 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CSE:GMAB), which fell 3.13% or 48.00 points to trade at 1,488.00 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa) declined 2.34% or 270.00 points to end at 11,260.00 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) was down 2.04% or 2.00 points to 96.30.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 70 to 61 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 1.44% or 1.01 to $69.28 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 1.31% or 0.96 to hit $72.56 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 1.90% or 52.39 to trade at $2,704.31 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was unchanged 0.02% to 7.10, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was unchanged 0.00% at 106.39.
