Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Oil & Gas and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.67%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Oersted AS (CSE:ORSTED), which rose 2.56% or 9.60 points to trade at 384.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb) added 2.21% or 49.00 points to end at 2,269.00 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa) was up 1.79% or 155.00 points to 8,835.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CSE:GN), which fell 2.95% or 5.55 points to trade at 182.60 at the close. Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) declined 2.28% or 26.00 points to end at 1,114.50 and Genmab (CSE:GMAB) was down 1.98% or 42.00 points to 2,084.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.
Shares in Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 2.21% or 49.00 to 2,269.00.
Crude oil for May delivery was up 1.30% or 1.08 to $84.25 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 0.91% or 0.79 to hit $87.79 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.96% or 21.55 to trade at $2,259.95 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.53% to 6.95, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.46% at 104.75.
