Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Consumer Goods and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.67%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS), which rose 1.71% or 7.2 points to trade at 427.5 at the close. Meanwhile, TDC A/S (CO:TDC) added 0.26% or 0.10 points to end at 39.00 and Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) was up 0.12% or 0.6 points to 510.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH), which fell 7.40% or 42.8 points to trade at 535.4 at the close. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) declined 1.78% or 10.6 points to end at 584.8 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) was down 1.70% or 6.1 points to 352.3.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 77 to 46 and 12 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.53% or 0.34 to $64.14 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.39% or 0.27 to hit $69.53 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.70% or 9.20 to trade at $1331.70 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.79% to 6.1409, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4491.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.64% at 91.07.
