Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Technology, Software & Computer Services and Personal & Household Goods sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.65%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb), which rose 0.88% or 6.60 points to trade at 758.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) added 0.45% or 3.80 points to end at 844.80 and Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb) was up 0.28% or 1.00 points to 362.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CSE:GMAB), which fell 3.42% or 76.00 points to trade at 2,144.00 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa) declined 3.38% or 350.00 points to end at 10,000.00 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) was down 3.17% or 330.00 points to 10,090.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 97 to 43 and 24 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.72% or 0.56 to $77.27 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.66% or 0.54 to hit $81.78 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.05% or 20.85 to trade at $2,001.15 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.12% to 6.82, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.02% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.03% at 103.35.
